Guru-Sport will use your personal data for the following general purposes:

Unless a longer retention period is legally required, we will delete or anonymize your data 10 years after your last contact with Guru-Sport.

Right of Rectification, Deletion, and Limitation

You are free to provide your personal data to Guru-Sport. You also have the right to request us to rectify or complete your personal data. You also have the right to request the deletion of your data. In such cases, please note that we may no longer be able to provide certain services and products. For example, we will not be able to check if the statutory warranty has expired in case of loss of your proof of purchase.

Right to Object

However, we may maintain an individual profile about you, solely for the purpose of better serving you with products and proposals tailored to you.

We also wish to note that you are solely responsible for the use of the website from your computer, IP address, and identification details, as well as for the confidentiality thereof. We recommend that you also take the necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your login and code.

10. Access by Third Parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. To process your personal data, we grant access to your personal data to our employees and to companies working on our behalf.
